Incident Description*:

Suspect flew past me on Florence Blv and i started a attempt to pull him over by Slauson Avenue, he continues down Milano Blv with blinkers and all, proceeds to pull into the parking lot, he goes afk and i call for a supervisor. While im talking with the supervisor the suspect comes back in game,tries to enter his car to flee and then LTAA's/Leaves.
