Incident Description*:

A deputy claimed that a VHP killed him for no intentional reason, I witnessed it earlier but got no clip. But, after they met again since they will handle it, the VHP guy randomly killed the person for no apparent reason. Later shot me, but to my quick act of self-defense, I managed to neutralize the suspect. I kinda panicked after I got it all on bodycam.
