Incident Description*:

I was doing checking discord while parked at the Bank, out of nowhere i see him driving recklessly while only having 3 wheels, so i proceeded to iniciate a traffic stop, but he failed to stop until i blocked him. He also failed to comply with orders i have given him, so i decided to call in a supervisor. When they arrived he said that he had a class in 2 minutes, which i know is complete BS because every cops says it when i pull them over. After that he decided to leave.
