Incident Description
The following incident unfolded on September 14th, 2025 at or around 10:32 PM PST.
I was situated on my white Toyota Corolla's hood on Highland Avenue as I was tabbed out and occupied with other matters unrelated to the game. While I was AFK, I heard the sound of a car coming to a stop and a car door being closed in the background, prompting me to tab back into Roblox. I noticed a Florence City Police Department (FCPD) Crown Victoria obstructing the roadway with its traffic advisor lights enabled and watched as FCPD Officer MinhtheAce approached me, climbing onto my vehicle. Without any roleplay prompted or questions being asked, my identification was immediately requested. I refused it due to the lack of any reasoning and was instantly tackled. A search of my person was then conducted illegally as there was no probable cause and I had not provided consent to the officer. As another FCPD unit stopped by, Officer MinhtheAce released me from his grasp and stepped away without making any statements to address his actions.
