What Happened? During a gun store scene, I had brandished a weapon (1911) and put in custody and arrested by 2 officers. After buying a new weapon and finding an AR on the ground near Sped's Dealership. About 20-30 minutes after arrest, I had been driving around and noticed a small group of officers, about 5, within that group of officers I saw the two officers who had arrested me and booked me. I had not died yet, and I presumed the officer's hadn't either since it was apparent they were still driving with each other/partners. Still fueled with anger of having to serve time because of them, I had shot and killed them both, I was in a open position, with wide angles so before the 3 other officers could shoot me I had shot them. After the shooting one of the officers had even called me, and the same officer who called me in-game had @ed me in the #Delta-chat on the discord saying that what I did was RDM. I explained this same story, explained my POV and it all seemed reasonable, I had even told one of the staff members what happened. A few minutes later though, I was banned for M-RDM, SI. I thought what I did was realistic with-in roleplay, and wasn't RDM since I had prior contact, conversations with the 'victims'.
Ban Reason - M-RDM, SI
Why Should I Be Unbanned? I feel like I should be unbanned because I have spent countless hours/days playing and interacting with the community. I have never had any moderations against me, and didn't understand what I did was viewed as, "M-RDM, SI". I have always been respectful to people with-in the community and helped others out. I believe there is more context to the ban than the moderators realized, which is why I'm making this appeal in hopes for a non-perm ban. If I were to received a lower ban or no ban at all, I'd definitely learn from this and avoid scenarios to prevent things like what happened, perhaps communicate to the officers more, and make sure it wouldn't be viewed as RDM/M-RDM. I've had many fun experiences roleplaying in Ventura and hope I can continue.
