- Junior Tow Truck Operator (Entry-level) Focus: Works under supervision, primarily handling basic roadside assistance tasks like jump-starts, tire changes, and simple, light-duty tows.
Tow Truck Operator
Focus: Operates independently on a broader range of calls, including light and medium-duty vehicles, and less complex accident scenes.
Skills: Makes independent decisions on-site and masters standard towing techniques.
Senior Tow Truck Operator Focus: Handles complex and higher-risk towing operations, including heavy-duty vehicles, intricate accident recoveries, and specialized equipment transport.
Skills: Mentors junior operators and provides expert guidance on challenging jobs.
Lead Tow Truck Operator / Heavy Recovery Specialist Focus: Oversees a team of operators, manages daily assignments, and leads the most critical and complex recovery efforts.
Skills: Possesses advanced knowledge of complex accident recovery, heavy-duty towing, and specialized equipment transport.
HR (I removed dispatch role once dispatch/MDT is integrated into the game already)
Fleet Manager: Oversees the entire fleet of tow trucks, managing maintenance, performance, and compliance with regulations.
Business Owner: An entrepreneurial path for those who want to start and operate their own towing company.
