Incident Description*:

Was doing my thing when i saw a group of swat dudes taking a group photo, So i waltz over and jump up on the van bc i wanted to be in it with the cool dudes. Well they shooed me away and i tried to make sure my gun had a plus 1 before i went back on patrol and eli here decides its a good idea to rdm a state trooper.
