Tuesday at 03:47 AM2 days Sorry to hear your struggling, I found the new dealers for you!The dealers are located in the port if you entering from the side where the HCPD is. Right after you enter, take a left, then where you see that little fire under the overpass, pull into the trailer-like area and you can buy all of the ingredients from the NPC in that little area.
