Incident Description*:

I was on a traffic stop for a turning violation, I gave the guy a ticket and the guy got out and killed me. I respawned and got all my stuff set back up and got kicked for "AFK farming" while I was leaving the station, I was also in combat so when I got kicked I lost XP. I felt that this was wrong and I should get my 50 XP back if possible. I have noticed that other people have reported this person. The staff member has been sitting in server not doing anything then came back and started kicking people from what I was told. I was also told that he was text chat banned when I got kicked.

the picture below and also WestCoast_Turkee was in server and assisted me in finding out the reason and all the info for this. He said he has a picture of something for this too and to contact him for it.

We just want to reassure you that we're currently working on investigating this staff report for a better understanding of the situation and to deal with whatever concerns might have arisen. We apologize for any inconvenience that may have been caused and do appreciate your patience as we work out this matter. We take the conduct of our moderators very seriously, and will keep you updated with our progress.

After further investigation, I've found that the kick was issued via the in-game :kick command, therefor you have no record on your moderation history apart from two counts of "User left while in combat" which is automatically issued by the system bot in Ventura when you leave whilst in combat. Additionally found that no video evidence was attached to the kick.

I will speak with WestCoast_Turkee to obtain further evidence and information for this case.

so is there the possibility of me getting my 50 XP back that I lost due to the kick?

Also, I was in a VC with Turkee when it happened and he can also vouch that I was not AFK, my medal was not working at the time for me to clip it.
