Apparently I've been banned for cheating although I've never played the game before? I'm also on console I don't know how I'm cheating on here.

Appeal Status: REJECTED | PERMANENT DECISION

Thank you for your appeal regarding your recent ban from Mountain Interactive. Unfortunately participating in Cheating Servers is against Mountain Interactive Guidelines, once you are banned there is no possible chance of removal, you are permanently indexed as a possible cheater.

  • VTOS (TOS Violation),

  • AD (Admin Discretion),

  • Cheating Servers (Flagged in a exploiting server, previously in a exploiting server),

  • EXP (Exploiting),

These bans cannot be appealed. This means when you attempt to make an appeal it will be automatically rejected.
