What is bronze perk? and if I get a sub will I be able to join the team even when its full

Hi, I have a few questions about the subscription tiers.

  1. What exactly is included in the Bronze subscription?
    Specifically, will I be able to join a team even if it’s full with a Bronze sub?

  2. Also, if I upgrade to the Silver subscription, will I then be able to join full teams or get any kind of priority access?
