Incident Description*:

i was helping other officers talk to a guy who said they had no reason to arrest him by the time i got there the guy wanted to get a staff member involved but after so long i tried telling him i did not believe there was any staff on so but my mics not working very well and they were all kind of screaming so they decided they wanted to transport him so being a donator i spawned in a car just to transport him as i had given a car to civ who was just walking which despawned my car so they got him in my car then we transported him to chp where while going into chp he left the game also at some point in there conversation with him her said your all are f to get around text censorship

p.s. i dont know how much the clips overlap
