What Happened?

As soon as I got on patrol, the server was full of RDMers on top of the starblox building, by S&K, and on the roof of S&K. As I continued to receive radio, I was advised that the shooter was in a suit. A panic button was issued and I rushed to the scene where I saw roblox user “interestationing”  rdm a RSCO deputy. Apart from that, S&K was full of dead bodies that were also his victims. I saw him run into the gun store and in fear for my life and others, I got my service rifle and began to push forward as I feared that more lives could be at risk. As I approached the store i saw him rush out, it was dark, my adrenaline was at a climax and i saw an object in his hand, with the reminder that this man just killed my partners and fellow perris citizens I discharged my rifle until the threat was eliminated. Upon review of the video the object turned out to be a phone, I had no way of determining that in a life or death close quarter combat situation with my life and others at risk.

RDM. Permanently. 

Why Should I Be Unbanned?
I believe I should be unbanned because I had a reason to react the way that I did. I arrived to an already brutal massacre. I feared I would be a part of it as well. I had no backup, just me and my rifle. The suspect rushed into a GUN store, with many dead already. I could confidently make the assumption that he had access to the contents inside the gun store. I acted out of fear for my life, and I brought justice for my fallen brothers.

Within the first second you can see the suspect on live stream claiming to just shot and killed 2 souls. I brought JUSTICE.
