Incident Description*:
On the 13th of September 2025, I was returning to the SBI Headquarters after responding to a call on Florence Blvd when I heard a singular shot being fired from the residentials nearby. I pull into the street and see one male with a firearm out. He quickly puts it back and acts like nothing. I spin my cruiser around and immediately call for backup. 3 males were openly carrying high-powered firearms. They step on their property, a two-story home. As backup arrived, I engaged the suspect, who brandished a firearm. He yells, "LEAVE ME ALONE," while literally pulling out his gun in front of us. I order him to put his hands up, as brandishing a firearm in Ventura is illegal. Some might say he was on private property. The violation was observed while the suspect was walking on the sidewalk. Trial Moderator Minifyre5, who was one of the males openly carrying, immediately calls ''FRP'' and puts on his force field in order to stop the situation, abusing his authority and making us leave, citing it was a "misclick" without reviewing any evidence, disregarding our side, and being biased by basing his action on his friend that was being approached by law enforcement.
