Ban Appeal – RDM

Hello Staff Team,

I tried getting the staff member user by the guy that reported me said "no" and "L bozo" also "shut up lil bro"

I was recently banned for 2 days due to “RDM” in 🌴 Ventura, and I’d like to provide my side of the situation.

During the incident, I was roleplaying with three friends. One of my friends had a conflict with another player who had a shotgun and asked us to deal with him in-character. We followed that player for a couple of blocks in an SUV, and when he stopped, we engaged him and his friend in a shootout. He attempted to defend himself, but we were able to take him out. Afterward, we fled from the cops as part of the scenario.

From my perspective, this was legitimate roleplay — not RDM. However, shortly after, a moderator flung our car, destroyed it, and I was kicked and banned without being asked for my side of the story.

It feels like the ban was issued solely off the report from the other player, who was upset about losing his shotgun, rather than based on the full context.

Why I believe this ban should be reconsidered:

  • The situation was roleplay-driven and not random.

  • I was not given the opportunity to explain before being punished.

  • The punishment seems unfair given the roleplay context.

I value this community and enjoy contributing to the roleplay environment. I respectfully ask that my ban be reviewed and reconsidered so I can continue playing fairly on the server.

Thank you for your time and understanding.
