I had just gotten into Perris, and I was heading to S&K to buy a pistol. I was already kind of suspicious when I saw him reverse to come back into the parking lot, so I locked my car and kept my eyes on him as I interacted with the ATM. He got out of his car, and I went to purchase my gun. As the menu popped up, he walked into the gun store with his gun drawn, completely unprovoked and random.

According to the in-game "!help" menu, he violated the rule of Random Death Match (RDM).
