Incident Description:

While I was dealing with an unrelated call on Florence Bv, I was suddently struck down by a vehicle driven by a suspect actively in pursuit with SBI. The impact knocked me down and as I got up, I discharge my firearm at the vehicle, stopping it from leaving and potentially causing further harm. That's when machu_dog decided to go on a little power trip and decided to make up a rule in order to arrest me.
