Hello I would like to request a removal of my permanent ban or, at least, a decrease to a temporary one, such as 1 or 2 days, because I think the situation was not understood.

The whole incidence was just that some friends and I got ourselves into an incident in the gun shop whereby, unknowingly, an officer accessed the premises and started shooting inside the gun range. We thought that he could notice us dealing guns in the place that may make us be arrested. At first, the officer didn’t seem to pay attention, but we knew that if he noticed our actions, it could lead to us being arrested.

After talking with my friends, we decided that, to avoid being arrested, we would shoot him. Under the choices i had, I decided to shoot because, at the moment, I felt it was necessary to avoid being arrested. I understand that this could be perceived as a RDM but in the heat of the moment, we thought that this was the only thing we could do to avoid being arrested since my gang is under alot of heat and that i am POI.

Also, I had to emphasize that I am under a lot of pressure because of my character's position and the interactions with other factions in the game. This only added to the stress and urgency of the situation.

In the clip, you can hear the gun dropping and being dealt and see the officer seemed not to notice. While I understand that RDM is serious, this is not a case of RDM. I hope you can understand that I was trying to protect myself and my group under the circumstances.

It may seem inappropriate, or over-the-top for this situation, I really took it as the only viable option at that moment in the moment. Thank you for your time.
