I had this cop following me after 5 right turns. So he was just waiting for me to commit an infraction. At one point, he turns on his lights and sirens. I pull forward and stop near the red light line. He uses that as the reason for the stop. After asking him if I'm detained he replies that I am not. I proceed to leave. He shoots me.
