Give us an Incident Description: We were at a car dealer 3 buddies of mine and we were driving around untill a random jumped in our car we were in a rush and i told him to get out, now a couple minutes later were at a traffic stop and this guy straight 2pac’s me gunning me down for no valid reason.

What rules / offences did the player break: RDM, FRP
