Description Of The Situation:

I joined a server and became an FCPD Officer. Immediately when I spawned I could heard a large amount of gunshots coming from Milano. I quickly responded and it was evident that JamesVonoblock was shooting unarmed Civilians in the parking lot of David's Autos Potentially to Grind XP.

The Situation the escalated as he began to fire upon my Cruiser requiring me to fight back against the offender. I successfully managed to kill the offender and he would then Immediately return whilst shooting anyone that he came across with his LEO Firearms. This situation would continue for at least 10 minutes resulting in the deaths of a large amount of people including EMS and other LEOs.

I had to Eventually Leave that server as the offender didn't seem like he was going to stop. I attempted to make a report via the !help command however No one was available.
