What Happened? when i was watching for suspect being detained some guy just arrived and insulted him, i wanted to report him so i grabbed him and searched to look for his user

Why Should You Be Unbanned? I am very sorry for my actions, I was very upset by the fact that they simply ran up to me, insulted me, and then banned me, I understand that my actions could have led to unjustified things and that you can’t do that, but I ask you to understand that it’s not very pleasant when people run up to you and insult you, I understand that I’m not the extreme in this situation and I ask you to understand and forgive me. I promise that this will not happen again and I will learn from this, thank you for your understanding.
