What Happened?
Gun shop was targeted by gang members, I pulled out my gun to intimidate them to leave. There was a undercover SBI saying he's the "sherif" and then pulled out his gun and arrested me and my employees, I claimed innocence as self defense he didn't listen and tossed me to a CHP who then let me go while I was still armed with a rifle. I got a car from the dealership tracked the sheriff down for arresting my employees, then pulled up to him and dumped a mag with the intentions to flee, then a moderator jailed me.

Why Should You Be Unbanned?
I felt all the actions I took fell into roleplay standards, I was a gun owner who was arrested and believed his own innocence for protecting his 2nd amendment, The cop which I believed was corrupt in roleplay was never dealt any punishments so I took matters in my own hand. Appeal rejected, from the looks of it the clip from your POV just shows you getting detained, and even if you were to be let go you cant comeback while they other is in another RP and kill them as that would be revenge killing and SI.
