Hotkey of requesting documents

If you are a police officer and you try to request the documents of someone in a car its just going to activate the radio as the 2 Hotkeys are the same. You have to get him out of the car to get his documents which is obviously risky as hell, please change it.

No longer like that, I just got the docs requested while being in car.
