What Happened? I went to play Ventura, and to my surprise I was banned for being in servers affiliated with cheating. After digging in; I gathered that the bot that you used detected that I was a member of Discord servers related to cheating in Roblox. Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message) Why Should You Be Unbanned?
I am writing to formally appeal my permanent ban due to its absurd length. I am genuinely unaware that the servers I have long ago joined was a violation of your terms of service that would result in an automated permanent ban. I was surprised and concerned. Upon receiving the ban, I took immediate corrective action by leaving every server affiliated with cheats or association with cheats and I want to clarify that these servers I joined were a remnant in the past and it was curiosity that I had long since abandoned; and I already disengaged with these servers.
My commitment to fairplay is my utmost priority because Project Ventura is a game I hold in high esteem and play on a daily basis, and I would never use any exploits or cheats to gain an unfair advantage against others; which would undermine the integrity of a game I deeply enjoy, and I deeply apologize for being affiliated with these servers and I have done the aforementioned actions to ensure full compliance with your terms of service.
Once again, I am incredibly sorry for my lack of awareness regarding this incident and I sincerely hope you will reconsider this permanent penalty and grant me a second chance to continue playing this game. Thank you for reading.
