Warning Appeal: I received a game warning regarding an interaction with another player. The situation involved a fellow deputy who was acting in a way I perceived as egotistical and power tripping. During the interaction, the only statement I made toward them was “Get your ego in check.” I do not believe this was disrespectful, but rather a calm attempt to bring the player back to a fair and professional interaction. At no point did I use offensive language, insult or flame the player. I remained calm and collected throughout, especially because I was in the process of recording footage to report the issue. It would not have made sense for me to be disrespectful myself, as that would undermine my report. I respect the moderation team when making decisions, but I believe this warning may have been issued due to a misunderstanding of tone.
