Incident Description:

While refueling my car, we briefly interacted. He then stood on my car, attempting to make it glitch and then fled when I attempted to make him stop. Upon being detaine he placed in my car, he FRPd/Glitched his way out of his seat multiple times. This is blatant FRP as he should not, while cuffed, be able to do so (beyond game limitations, you cant exit a cop car from the back, it's impossible, mostly).
