What happened: I was growing crops behind a building, which I regularly do to grind cash. While waiting for the crops to grow, I was actively playing. A staff member teleported to me in-game, saw me standing still during the crop growth, and immediately assumed I was AFK grinding money.
Context: Without asking any questions or reviewing more of my gameplay, the staff member permanently banned me on the spot. I was actively collecting crops, and their assumption was entirely incorrect.
How I felt: I felt frustrated, confused, and unfairly treated because I was playing normally and received a permanent ban without explanation or discussion.
Why I think the staff member was in the wrong: The staff member acted solely on a brief observation in-game, without verifying the situation or asking for clarification, and issued a permanent ban. This was an unfair and disproportionate response.
