Completely abolish VHP's jurisdiction that they currently have and just make it state-wide.
Why This Would Improve the Game:
As of now, I'm assuming VHP is the least played on team and this is for a reason. That reason being sitting on the Interstate or any highway type road in this game is the most boring thing you could possibly do in Ventura. A total of zero civilians go there no matter the size of the server therefore VHP has one of the hardest XP grinds in the game. Despite this hard XP grind, VHP gets little to no reward only getting a few unmarked vehicles and a K-9 which every single department in the game receives without the boring grind (excluding SBI as they don't get K-9). Removing their jurisdiction and making it state-wide would improve realism and give the team a purpose, as SBI is currently the only team with state-wide jurisdiction (where you actually earn XP).
