Incident Description*:

He started saying i was illegally parked requested for my id i refused and asked why he needs my id and he inmidiatedly grabbed me detained me and started searching me, his excuse was i refused to identify and that i was in a known dealing area, no warning to identify myself nothing just straight tool abuse, then he saw me near the canals and said i was being trespassed and fined me again.
