I was attempting to deal with a situation at SPEDs dealership. And a male by the name of "Eric Gonzalez" was purposefully laying on vehicle Windshields with the intent to flip them. He successfully manages to fling a marked Cruiser which leads to him being detained.

Whist detained he also makes a racist comment referring to a black officer as a "Racoon."
