Incident Description:

While being arrested, a cop for no reason at all did "/me plants baggie" although the clip didnt get her saying it, she still proceeds to take my money for no reason . They also tried false charging me with possession because of the baggie she planted.

i literally gave you the money back after saying it was a joke the 60 dollars clipped thru the floor and i dropped you a hundred instead, and i charged you with assault and obstructing the road because those were the charges the VHP told me...
