Incident Description:

While on patrol I received a radio request for 32's due to a robbery at the gun store. When I arrived on scene me and a SBI agent entered the building to begin clearing. The SBI agent then proceeded to randomly fire off several shots for no reason. After clearing the building I heard shots outside, when I got outside I witnessed SBI shooting out a trucks tires for no reason.
