As you can hear it on the clip I heard that there was an active shooting around RPD area so I moved to the location and I eventually came up to the back of the building in front of RPD where three police vehicles and one civilian vehicle could be seen. The Officer directly targetted me, knowing I was a FBI agent and purposely put me in cuff after I told him "I dare you to put your hands on me" then this idiot started cuffing me and he ended up shooting me for no reason.
