I was in a hot pursuit, I was involved in some illegal activities which lead to me getting cornered by SO, PD, HP, & VBI. In return, I attempted to flee which lead to my car's tires being popped. After they got popped, I attempted to drive away again but at the end I left of fear that I wouldve racked up atleast like 3 hours IRL time in jail.

After my previous appeal being rejected, I have taken the time to fully reflect on my decisions and actions that fully went against Mountain Interactive's rules and regulations. I also acknowledge that my ban is completely justified, and that my idiotic decisions have lead to this, I heavily regret leaving to avoid arrest. I also apologize to any people that interacted with my scene, who were affected by me leaving, i.e not getting xp for an arrest. I understand that I've been banned for a proper reason and I admit its completely justified, however I just want another chance to experience project delta, the game is amazing and the roleplay is even better, I've never before recieved any moderation actions since I've always followed the rules, and I 100% guarantee that if I get unbanned I will never show up on any ban list or even warning list. I just hope that I atleast get another chance to play ventura. my sincere apologies to anybody who has been affected by my actions
