Incident Description*: I don't know how I offended this person, but he's intentionally following me and killing people for no reason. In addition, he's provoking the cops, driving very poorly, swerving on the road, and crashing into everything. He's shooting at everyone he sees and doesn't care about the consequences. I was standing there helping a police officer with first aid when I was shot in the head by Lxrika. Before that, I was just driving into town when he cut me off and started shooting.
