Incident Description*:

Joined the game and then I saw sonnedbyrabbit giving three cop guns to civilians. Afterwards, I was walking back to spawn my car and he walked up to me, said hey, and shot me for no reason. Then, as I respawned, he kept requesting documentation before tasing, cuffing me and leaving me inside a car.
