Incident Description: I was talking to a police officer when, without any reason, the offender pulled out a gun and shot me until I died. The police didn't seem to care and did nothing about it - they just ignored the fact that he had killed me.

Valid Kills: You must have a valid In-Character reason to kill another player. Random killing (RDM) is prohibited.
Lethal Force: Killing should only be used as a last resort and must have a strong RP reason.

Realism Required: Actions must be plausible in a real-life scenario. Killing someone with no reason is not realistic.
