Lost my Pasword

i want to change my email because i lost my old email but i forgot my password and i don´t know how to recover it with not because i lost my old email and have a new one i tried changing it but it said i need a password and well thats the problem i forgot it and o lost my old email so does anyone know how to recover my password so i can change my email? because when i somehow get logged out again i lose this account,so can someone help me please?
