Incident Description*:

Gamji was on the SBI team, and I watched him flying down the road without ELS, clearly violating the law. I pulled him over and he proceeded to try and feed me lies about how it "was for an operation" and refused to provide ID when requested. He then attempted to flee the scene, and then detained me when I caught up to him and pulled him out of the car to get his username. He told me "rcpd doesn't give me orders" so I got onto SBI and detained him, where he then LTAA'd.

MY DEFENSE STATEMENT TO THIS REPORT;
I was simply mid operation of scouting green houses - I was in the wrong and should've been using my ELS. -- As well as showing my friend around the map while doing it as he is new and needs a headstart in map knowledge.

FCPD should not be pulling over any unit let alone marked SBI vehicles as they have no authority to deal with law enforcement violating traffic laws to my knowledge.

The LTAA was because the individual simply had no reason to arrest me, I did not violate any law that was arrestable. I never abused my ELS nor was corrupt in the slightest, if anything the roles were reversed and HE was corrupt via his little powertrip he had getting me out the vehicle / getting on SBI just to arrest me for telling him to leave me alone.
