Incident Description*:

I was proceeding with a traffic stop when a USS_ZOMWALT appeared and started reckless driving. I would ignore that if he suddenly wouldn't hit me or a stopped person. I started a pursuit after an EMS (reported player), and after a long time, I managed to arrest him. Because of his unlucky place of the final stop, we were next to the county jail, so I quickly transported him to the underground area where I wanted to proceed with an arrest when he LTAA.
