This state trooper thinks he can arrest me for "Jaywalking" even though it was a fine, when the FCPD has the roadway blocked, which means I didn't disrupt the flow of traffic. I later requested a supervisor four to five times, but he refused. He then refused to give me his Roblox username after I had asked multiple times. However, I'm the only one out of everyone who got grabbed and arrested, which suggests that this is probably against my Roblox colour because earlier people were saying "There's a colour one". This trooper's name is Sudfortia. This is unlawful and an abuse of tools. This trooper also refused to ask for an FCPD Supervisor; I'd like to point out that he is outside his jurisdiction, specifically the interstate. Yes, they can be outside their Jurisdiction for some period of time and have authority statewide. However, it doesn't mean you can't get me a supervisor for that specific jurisdiction, because it's not your Jurisdiction either way. They should follow the agency policy, which may involve contacting the local agency's supervisor. Also, to note, they broke traffic laws. "Failure to stop at a stop sign, " but yet, I'm being down for Jaywalking when the road is clearly blocked and 10 other civs "jaywalking"?
