Incident Description*:

He arrested me without saying anything at first, then he tased me and THEN told me, after he dropped me off at a park or something and Killed me. He tased me inside the car but I didn't get to record that part. I pulled my gun out for self defense since he was about to shoot me and tase me for no absolute reason.
