Incident Description*:

I was just arresting this guy after he fled from me during the start of a traffic stop. He managed to get himself into a dead end, and I boxed him in. He got out of the car, and ran away. I then tased him, and handcuffed him, and put him in my car. During the transport, he decided to leave the game.
