Incident Description*:

I was assaulted inside of the donut store and I was to the point where I had to fight for my life, I used my firearm and killed the person assaulting me. A cop comes in so I put away my gun and raise my hands, then he cuffs me, says I'm not allowed to kill somebody after I'm being punched, drives me away from the scene so nobody can see me, takes my guns, then leaves me and drives off. Im then threatened to be taken to jail if I call staff
