VHP in this situation was dealing and trafficking guns to his friends. Upon making contact, conflict was made throughout the whole server. He was spawnkilling people repetitively, shooting other civilians and law enforcements with his friend.

Other clips don't really show him but he's done a lot of damage toward this smaller server.

This isn't this offender's first violation by the way, please see evidence below I collected yesterday (9/4/25), offender is a clear troll and has zero regard for any rules whatsoever, simply on VHP to troll, go rogue, kill other cops & have fun in their own way whilst ruining the experience for others;
