Incident Description*:

On a Thursday afternoon, I had encountered a wanted vehicle. I proceeded to turn my ELS on in order to pull him over, but he fled the scene, sparking an intense pursuit which lasted about 5min. Once he was spiked by one of my fellow CHP colleges, and I had pulled up to him, he left the game to avoid being arrested.
