I was in a hot pursuit, I was involved in some illegal activities which lead to me getting cornered by SO, PD, HP, & VBI. In return, I attempted to flee which lead to my car's tires being popped. After they got popped, I attempted to drive away again but at the end I left of fear that I wouldve racked up atleast like 3 hours IRL time in jail.

To be honest, the reason I think I should be unbanned is because I truly like Project Delta, its probably the one of the only games I currently play because its genuinely amazing and good to be a part of. I acknowledge my mistake and I acknowledge that it was one of the dumbest and stupid things to do. I ensure that I not only will not do this again, but I will not show up in any warnings or bans ever again. I really am sorry and I apologize from the bottom of my heart that I LTAA'd. I as well take full responsibility and I embrace the consequence that lead to me currently and on this day to make an appeal to be unbanned. I really am apologetic to all other people that were effected by me LTAAing. I hope this ban message reaches blackoutwave himself.
