He began shooting an unarmed civilian in handcuffs at Strike Point. Upon cuffing him, he began to say things and made a comment stating "I'll make you black"or something upon those lines. After SBI began to arrive on scene, he left the game to avoid ultimate punishment of his crimes. I was unsure if him saying that comment was implying racism or whatnot, however no offense was taken unless this was an Community rule violated.
