Incident Description*:

Me and my friend, which is the offender I was playing as highway patrol while he was a civilian with a warrant for his arrest, I would try to arrest him but he would leave when i tackled him, then a deputy came and arrested him, then he left instantly this happened 3 times and he kept rejoining over and over.
